Help my 6 day trek to Machu Picchu make a difference

September 2019: I went on a 6 day trek in Peru (including climbing Machu Picchu) to raise funds and awareness for Action Against Hunger.

I slept in minus conditions, walked in very hot conditions, and climbed heights of up to 4200 metres!

To do this however, I needed to raise a huge £3140!!! Your support is hugely appreciated! Your kind donations helped me reach my target.

So, it’s been many years since my Skydive and I decided I need a new challenge! I chose a six day trek in Peru. I slept in freezing conditions and trekked up to 4600 metres… A little crazy maybe, but I was so excited and committed to succeeding!

You can still help ‘Action Against Hunger‘ by giving whatever you can by using the ‘Give Now’ button. Please spread the word by sharing this page or my fundraising page with your friends and family. Thank you for your generosity, it means a lot.

The biggest challenge of my life, 6 days, 100k (63 miles) and jet lag but I completed the Salkantay Trek & made it to the top of Machu Picchu.

The views made it easier to make each step (144,137 to be precise). The photos don’t do them justice. Snow, rain, sun. Up and down mountains / jungle at altitude (between 2000m and 4630m).

Thank you all. Your support made this possible, I’m forever grateful. But I think I might give walking a miss for a while 😂 🇵🇪
