Shape-Fitness class with Helen is held every Thursday evening from 7-8pm. The class is a fun way to get fit and meet new people, suitable for all ages and abilities. Priced at £4.50 per session. Shape-Fitness have been keeping the East Midlands fit for over 40 years and we`ve had a class at the village hall for nearly 20 of those.
